This petition is filed seeking an order for substituted service on the 2nd respondent, who has evaded service of notice.

2. On perusal of the affidavit, this Court, being satisfied with the reason stated therein, allows the petition for substituted service.

3. Accordingly, the appellant is permitted to take paper publication in one Tamil issue of 'Dina Malar' widely circulated in the area where the 2nd respondent resides, specifying the date of hearing as 30.06.2025 and calling upon the respondent to appear.

4. Post the matter on 30.06.2025.
