This is a petition to condone the delay of 92 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.150/- in the above CRP.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents have no objection.

3. In view of the reasons found mentioned in the affidavit filed, I am of the view that the delay should be condoned.

In the result, the application is allowed.
