Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records connected with the Government Order issued in G.O.(D). No.851 Home (Tr.II-A) Department dated 23.07.2008 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue as superintendent and pass orders.
