Petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition praying to direct third respondent to dispose of his representation, dated 04.08.2018, to inspect the petition premises and to take necessary action to demolish the construction and remove the encroachment in the said public pathway, thereby enabling him and the common public to have access.

2. Since the petitioner is no more and no legal representatives are brought on record, we dismiss this Writ Petition, as abated. In case the legal representatives are interested to contest this matter, it is open for them to get on board and seek restoration
