(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner apprehend arrest at the hands of respondent police for the alleged offence under Sec.302 and 201 of I.P.C. in connection with Crime No.1359 of 2020 filed this petition and this is the second petition seeking for anticipatory bail filed by the petitioner.

2. However, today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Ms.R.Hemalatha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
