CR.NO.82 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in crl.OP.No.4267 of 2021 order dated 05.03.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL .P, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4267 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 394 and 397 of IPC, in Crime No.82 of 2021, while granting anticipatory bail.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, on every Monday at 10.30 AM.
