By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioners claim to be the legal heirs of Tmt.Kamalammal, who was the original allottee of Plot No.447 in N.S.K. Nagar, Arumbakkam, Chennai 106, and according to them, on her demise, they have succeeded to the estate and having found that no deed of conveyance has been executed by the Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board, had submitted representations dated 15.10.2012, 5.8.2013 and 29.5.2015, for execution of the sale deed in their favour and since the said representations did not meet with any kind of response, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of Mr.R.Marudhachalamurthy, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners, and Mr.B.Kesavan, learned Counsel, who took notice on behalf of the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The petitioner prayed for a larger relief; but, this Court, in the facts and circumstances of the case, is of the view that it would suffice to direct the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations, in accordance with law, within a stipulated time frame.

5.In the result, this Court, without going into the merits of the representations, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 15.10.2012, 5.8.2013 and 29.5.2015, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioners.
