ORDER

Seeking a direction to the first respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by him on 14.05.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and I have also perused the records carefully.

3. A reading of the complaint of the petitioner dated 14.05.2015, it appears to be essentially a dispute with regard to the property between the family members. Hence, no positive direction can be issued to the police to register a case when the allegation made in the complaint does not make any cognizable offence warranting https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation. Further, it makes out only a civil dispute. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law. s/d- Assistant Registrar(CO) True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar To
