(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 465, 468, 471, 420 r/w 34 of I.P.C., in Crime No.11 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Ms.R.Hemalatha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that pending application, sole petitioner K.Loganathan died. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition may be dismissed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In the said circumstances, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as abated.
