The present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.20719 of 2012 dated 11.03.2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Neelakandan, learned Additional Advocate General Assisted by Mr.R.Neethiperumal, learned Government Advocate for respondents.

3. Today, when the Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Neelakandan, learned Additional Advocate General Assisted by Mr.R.Neethiperumal, learned Government Advocate for respondents submitted that challenging the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.20719 of 2012 dated 11.03.2021, W.A.No.1061 of 2023 has been filed before this

Court. Hence nothing survives for further adjudication in this contempt petition.
