ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.C.Emalias, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that investigation in the case in Crime No.73 of 2009 was completed and the case has been closed by the 1st respondent as "Further Action Dropped". He further submitted that closure report has also been filed in RCS No.6 of 2016 on 15.07.2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-V, Coimbatore under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
