This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the First Information Report based on the complaint dated 01.06.2015 given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that in connection with the death of the petitioner's son, already a case has been registered in crime No.1055 of 2015 under Section 174 Cr.P.C, on the complaint given by the employer. Hence, the respondent police is directed to conduct fair and thorough enquiry in Cr.No.1055 of 2015 and during the course of enquiry, if it is found that the death of the petitioner's son is homicide, appropriate action should be taken. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
