O R D E R

Though the miscellaneous petitions are listed before this Court for disposal, with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the Civil Revision petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The first respondent filed a suit in O.S.No.275 of 2014 before the Trial Court, against the revision petitioner and 2nd respondent, for a decree of permanent injunction restraining them from alienating or encumbering the suit schedule properties to third parties. Along with the said suit, the 1st respondent filed an application in I.A.No.1000 of 2014, praying for an order of interim injunction.

3. The Trial Court by the impugned order dated 9 December 2014, granted an order of ad interim injunction till 23 December 2014. Aggrieved by the order dated 9 December 2014, granting interim injunction, the petitioner has come up with this Civil Revision Petition.

4. When the revision petition was taken up for consideration today, the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the 1st respondent jointly submitted that the petitioner has already filed counter affidavit in I.A.No.1034 of 2015 and it would suffice in case direction is issued for an early disposal of the interlocutory application.

5. The learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram, is directed to dispose of the application in I.A.No.1034 of 2015 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. The Civil Revision petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, M.P.Nos.1 and 2 of 2015 are closed. 14.8.2015 Index:Yes/no Internet : Yes/no tar To The Sub Court, Tambaram
