This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint given by the petitioner in CSR.No.147/CSR/F5X/2013 dated 09.12.2013 as FIR and investigate the same within a period as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 08.07.2015. The respondent is directed to send a copy of the Closure Report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks.

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
