The present petition has been filed to grant leave to file petition to recall the order passed in W.P.No.4286 of 2022, dated 01.03.2022.
2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that, one Prem Kumar/1st Respondent, filed Writ Petition No.4286 of 2022 before this Court and had obtained an order without disclosing the fact that already the 4th respondent had presented the document for registration and the said document was returned with refusal check slip on the ground that the original patta was not annexed with the document and other relevant documents. Without challenging the impugned check slip, the 1st respondent had filed the Writ Petition and obtained an order dated 01.03.2022 for registration of sale deed in favour of the 4th respondent.
3. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for Respondents 2 & 3 while concurs with the above contention, submits that this Court may https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
grant liberty to the petitioner herein to work out his remedy in accordance with law.

In view of the submissions as made above, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of this petition by granting leave to the petitioner to file appropriate petition before this Court to recall the order dated 01.03.2022 and also file appropriate representation before the concerned Authority under the Registration Act and the said Authority shall decide the matter in accordance with law, without being influenced by the order dated 01.03.2022 passed in W.P.No.4286 of 2022.
