Mr.M.R.Gokul Krishnan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the Respondents.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents has produced a copy of a Status Report, wherein paragraph 5 of the Status Report reads as follows:- "5. It is respectfully submitted that based on the Land Plan Schedule, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Dharapuram may fix the rate for the land as per the current rules and regulations and send the proposal to the government for the allocation of the fund. After the allocation of the fund from the government, the prayer of the petitioner will be resolved."

3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
