This petition has been filed seeking to suspend the sentence in M.C.No.4/2020/A2 dated 26.02.2020 on the file of the first respondent herein and to enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above revision.

2. Heard Mr.M.Vinoth, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that co-accused has also filed a revision before this Court in Crl.R.C.No.488 of 2020 and this Court, by order dated 15.05.2020, had suspended the sentence. In view of the same, the sentence imposed in M.C.No.4/2020/A2 dated 26.02.2020 on the file of the first respondent in respect of the petitioner herein stands suspended and the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the satisfaction of the Superintendent, Central Prison, Coimbatore, if his detention is not required in any other https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

cases. The petitioner shall not indulge in any of the criminal activities on his release on bail and in case, if any violation is found, it is always open to the respondents to approach this Court for cancellation of bail. The petitioner is at liberty to produce a Web-copy of this order to the Superintendent of Prison concerned where the petitioner is now detained for the execution of this order. This petition is disposed of accordingly.
