Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S AR.L.SUNDARESAN SENIOR COUNSEL FOR M/S.AL.GANTHIMATHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6135 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 279, 338 and 304(AIPC) altered into 143, 436, 302, 307, 149 and 120(b) of IPC, in Crime No.153 of 2019, while granting anticipatory bail.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear stay at Salem and report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Salem on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 AM. until further orders.
