This application is filed to set aside the order of dismissal dated 04.04.2019, dismissed for non-prosecution, passed in W.P.No.21258 of 2009.

2. This Court having considered the request, condoned the delay of 393 days in W.M.P.No.25194 of 2022 by an order dated 26.07.2024. Thereafter, this matter came up for consideration on 27.09.2024. But, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was adjourned to 01.10.2024. Even on 01.10.2024, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court passed the following docket order:- "This application is filed to set aside the order of dismissal dated 04.04.2018, whereby the writ petition in W.P.No.21258 of 2009 was dismissed for non-prosecution.

This application was listed earlier on 27.09.2024. As there was no representation for the petitioner, the matter was listed under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, post on 03.10.2024 under the caption "For Orders".
