CMP NO.162 OF 2016 & CRP SR 76632 OF 2015 RMJ Even though this court by order dated 19.01.2016 directed to petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.1000/- to the Chief Ministers Flood Relief fund, the learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo of compliance stating that the amount has been paid to the Chief Justice Relief Fund instead of Chief Ministers Flood Relief Fund. Recording the memo filed, the defect mentioned is rectified and the petition is allowed. Delay is condoned.
