ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide suitable protection to the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.04.2021. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The petitioner has submitted a representation to the first respondent seeking police protection and the said representation was not considered by them till date. Hence, he has come forward with this petition.

4.Considering the submissions, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the second respondent and the second respondent is directed to consider the representation to be submitted by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner. 5.Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of.
