2. Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents and he raised strong objection to allow this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that due to the health problems of the petitioner, the delay has occurred.

4. Accepting the reasons mentioned in the affidavit, this petition stands allowed with a direction to pay a cost of Rs.2,000/- [Rupees Two Thousand only] to the credit of Adyar Cancer Institute on or before 05.08.2024.
