ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of his representation dated 10.03.2010 and to measure the shop No.1 and land at Oddapalayam Scheme, Ashok Nagar in the Ground Floor of the building in Block No.26, erected on the land in S.No.1 Part of Kodambakkam Village, Chennai measuring to an extent of 988 sq.ft and handover the same to him, as per the sale deed dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

13.05.2002 bearing Document No.2282/2002 on the file of Sub Registrar, Ashok Nagar, Chennai.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents are not in a position to state the present position of the representation submitted by the petitioner in the year 2010. 3.In such circumstances, considering the limited scope of the relief sought for herein, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a copy of the representation dated 10.03.2010 to the first respondent, along with a copy of this order, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such submission, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the same, if not disposed of earlier, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter. 4.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
