ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the respondent police as Tiruvallur Town Police Station, instead of Tiruvallur Town Railway Police Station in Crl.O.P.No.5515 of 2025.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.There is no serious objection in respect of the amendment application. As the crime number is one and the same and the name of the Police Station is wrongly stated, I am inclined to allow this amendment application. 4.The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to make necessary amendment in Crl.O.P.No.5515 of 2026 and list the same on 12.03.2026.
