When the Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing today, Mr.I.Arokiasamy, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 07.01.2015 made in W.P.No.221 of 2015, the 3rd respondent had considered the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2014 and forwarded the proposal to the Government.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that since the 3rd respondent had forwarded the proposal to the Government, the Contempt Petition can be closed.
