The applicant states that the cause of action for the suit arose at Chennai where the respondent approached the applicant for financial assistance. It is also stated that the loan was disbursed at Chennai.

2. Upon examining the draft plaint and the affidavit in support of the application, it appears that a part of a cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. Accordingly, A.No.1884 of 2021 is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to institute the suit against the respondent before this Court.
