ORDER

This petition has been filed to issue suitable directions to the respondents police to register a criminal case upon the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.05.2019 in pursuance of the order in C.M.P.No.8540 of 2019 passed by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, dated 16.10.2019 and file a final report.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that on the directions given by the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, the First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.99 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC. He further submitted that the investigation is almost completed and within a period of four weeks, charge sheet will be filed.
