Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the pendency of these petitions, all these petitions are allowed and consequently, the legal heirs of the deceased 1st and 3rd respondents are impleaded as proposed respondents 7 to 12 in the second appeal. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment.
