ORDER

This petition is filed seeking to implead the petitioner herein as a party respondent in the above writ petition.

2. Heard both sides. The respondents have no serious objection in allowing this petition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and as there is no serious objection on the side of the respondents, this petition stands ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause-title and post the main writ petition on 13.03.2026.

4. In the meanwhile, the State is directed to produce the financial bid quoted by the petitioner in a sealed cover by revoking the petitioner's technical bid. It is made clear that mere revocation will not enure the petitioner to claim equity.
