ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner herein is the sister-in-law of the detenu. Alleging that the detenu is in the illegal custody of the second respondent, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the detenu is not in the illegal custody of the second respondent and he is living with the family members. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further placed on the record the certificate given by the Village Administrative Officer, Tiruvarur.
4. On a query, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, at present, the detenu is at liberty.
5. Considering the above, the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
