This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decreetal order the fair and decreetal order dated 17.06.2015 passed in I.A.No.17383 of 2013 in 1/3
O.S.No.8124 of 2011 on the file of the learned XII Assistant City Civil Judge, Chennai.
2. Pending the Civil Revision Petition, the main suit was dismissed for default and the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner filed a petition to restore the same and it is pending.
3. In view of the above submission, the civil revision petition is closed. However, when the suit is restored, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the civil revision petition. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
