2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.1846/2008 has been completed and final report was filed in P.R.C.No.1 of 2011 before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem and the case was committed to the Court of Sessions in SC.No.118 of 2012 and the accused https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

were acquitted by the II Additional District and Session Judge, Salem on 15.04.2013.
