PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 09.05.2021 and investigate the matter in accordance with the law pursuant to the order passed in C.M.P.No.1763 of 2022 dated 30.11.2022 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Omalur.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed directing the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 09.05.2021 and investigate the matter in accordance with the law pursuant to the order passed in C.M.P.No.1763 of 2022 dated 30.11.2022 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Omalur.
2. When the matter is taken up learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered in Crime No.219 of 2023 for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC.
3. In view of the registration of FIR, no further order need be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 30.03.2023 mn Index:Yes/No Speaking Order: Yes/No
