O R D E R

The matter is placed before this Court today on the basis of the letter dated 12.03.2026 received from the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur, seeking extension of time for disposal of the case in VAC.No.37 of 2025, pending on its file (previously pending on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvallur in VAC.No.8 of 2023), by a further period of three months.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the aforesaid letter, this Court is of the view that it is appropriate to accept the request made by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur.

3. Accordingly, the time for the disposal of the case in VAC.No.37 of 2025, pending on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur, (previously pending on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvallur in VAC.No.8 of 2023), is hereby extended by three months from the date of letter of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur ie., 12.03.2026.
