ORDER

This matter came up for hearing today under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for petitioner had some doubt with regard to the last line in Paragraph No.15 of the order dated 24.06.2025, wherein this Court had observed that the respondent/DRI to continue with the investigation unfettered including coercive action if required. According to the petitioner, this observation would empower DRI to take action against the petitioner. 3.The learned Special Public Prosecutor submitted that this apprehension is unfounded, this Court only indicated the powers vested with the DRI and nothing more.

4.In view of the same, no further clarification is required in this regard. The issue is clarified accordingly.
