(The case has been heard through video conference) The contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.31307 of 2017 dated 26.08.2019.

2. This Court heard Mrs.Rohini Ravikumar the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Elumalai, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has submitted that the order dated 26.08.2019. made in W.P.No.31307 of 2017. has been complied with and also produced a copy of the compliance report.

4. In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed. It is made clear that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said proceedings, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
