This application is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased 3rd defendant, namely, 1.Mrs.Shameem, 2.Mr.Parveen, 3.Mrs.Vageetha, 4.Mrs.Shanu, 5.Mr.Imran Ali, 6.Mrs.Shima Fathima as Defendants 29 to 34 in the above suit and consequently permit the applicant to carry out necessary amendment in the above suit. A. No.3678 of 2023:

This application is filed to condone the delay of 183 days in filing this application for setting aside abatement of deceased 17th Defendant on record in the above suit.

A. No.3680 of 2023:

This application is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 17th defendant in the suit.

A. No.3681 of 2023:

This application is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased 17th defendant namely, 1.Mrs.Afroz Jahan, 2. Mr.Mansoor Modi, 3.Mrs.Shabina Riaz, 4.Mr.Tabrez Mode, 5.Mrs.Jabeen Modi Mirza, 6.Mr.Modi Saud as Defendants in the above suit and consequently permit the applicant to carry out necessary amendment in https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis the above suit.
