O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner appearing in person does not dispute https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that the order dated 10.06.2015 has been complied with qua

him. He, however, refers paragraph 6(ii) of the order to contend that the other candidates who may be entitled for refund have not been so refunded the fee.

2. We may notice that this petition is filed by the petitioner on behalf of such candidates. It is not known which candidates may have been paid and which candidates may not have been paid. The candidates who have been not paid may file contempt proceedings, if so advised. In the mean time, the learned Government Pleader assures that in case there are any candidates still remaining who are eligible and not paid, payments will be made within a month. The aforesaid statement is taken on record.
