WMP.No.10293 of 2019 in W.P.No.6572 of 2019 R.Subbiah,J., & Krishnan Ramasamy, J., (Order of the Court was made by R.Subbiah,J.,) This Miscellaneous Petition is listed today at the instance of the petitioner.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the present writ petition, the name of the vehicle was wrongly quoted by them in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. Hence, this Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the name of the vehicle as Tipper lorry bearing Registration No. TN 15 U 2403 instead of Tractor vehicle bearing TN 15 U 2403. While so, this Court by order dated 11.03.2019, has ordered for release of the said vehicle and the name of the vehicle was wrongly mentioned in the said order dated 11.03.2019.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

5.The Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy upon payment of necessary charges by amending the name of the vehicle as stated in this petition.
