This criminal original petition has been filed directing the respondent police to execute the non-bailable warrant issued by the II Additional Family Court, Chennai on 25.11.2021.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents. 3.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the next date of hearing has been fixed on 23.04.2024. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to execute the non-bailable warrant issued by the concerned Court and secure the 3rd respondent and produce him before the concerned Court before the next date of hearing on 23.04.2024.
