Today, the matter is taken up through video conferencing, whereby the learned Senior Counsel on behalf of the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondent along with the respondent and the minor child were present.

2. Pursuant to the earlier order of this Court dated 27.05.2020, it is represented by both the parties that the order with regard to arrangement for interim custody on 30.05.2020 and 31.05.2020 was complied with.

3. The learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks for interim custody of the applicant's minor child Swarakshitha, till the school re-opens, while the learned counsel for the respondent would object for such continuous interim custody till the re-opening of the school.

4. While deliberating the possibilities of a mutual understanding between the parties, both the Counsels, in the presence of the minor

daughter of the applicant as well as his wife, agreed that the minor child may be permitted to stay with her father for one day of every week between 09.00.AM and 01.00.PM, until the school re-opens, which is also the earlier mutual understanding between the parties.

5. In view of the mutual agreement entered into today, there shall be the following interim arrangements:

a) The applicant/father shall be entitled for interim custody of his minor daughter Swarakshitha on every Saturday of the ensuing weeks, till the school of the child re-opens.

b) In case, there is any inconvenience for the child to visit her father on Saturdays, the interim custody can be accommodated on the next day, i.e., Sunday.

c) The applicant/father shall ensure that his residence is maintained in a conducive atmosphere, so as not to create inconvenience to his daughter.

d) After the re-opening of the minor daughter's school, the earlier arrangement, as ordered by this Court on 25.04.2019 in O.P.No.331 of 2016, shall continue, pending disposal of the main Original Petition.

6. Post the matter on 17.07.2020.
