ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.03.2014 and received on 07.03.2014 in petition No.85 of 2014 and take further action against the respondents 3 to 5.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that earlier this petitioner has given a complaint for the same allegations on 13.05.2013 which was enquired into and the same was closed by the police. Again, the second complaint dated 05.03.2014 has been sent by the complainant.

4. Under such circumstances, this is not a fit case to issue directions as prayed for by the petitioner. Hence, the criminal original petition is closed. A copy of the Closure Report in respect of the earlier complaint has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.
