ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.04.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. On a reading of the complaint dated 23.04.2016, it is seen that the petitioner had entered into an agreement dated 23.10.2015 with the opposite party to do a partnership business in brick kiln and the opposite party had not paid the profits.
4. In the considered opinion of this court, the dispute essentially appears to be civil in nature. Hence, no positive direction can be given to the police to register an FIR. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
In view of the above, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
