A. No. 1742 of 2024 in C.S. No. 94 of 2022 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J The petition is being filed seeking leave to file reply statement to the written statement filed by the defendant.

The plaintiff had instituted the suit seeking a judgment and decree for a sum of Rs.11,96,32,258/- together with interest. The suit is claimed on the basis of the stamped receipt dated 28.03.2019 and also on the basis of an ascertained liquidated sum together with interest. A written statement has been filed by the defendant wherein they had stated that it was the plaintiff who had to pay monies to the defendant and also placed reliance on orders of the Court in Dubai. Since further pleadings had been stated in the written statement, the plaintiff has now filed this application seeking leave to file a reply to the written statement. 3.

In order to afford an opportunity to the parties to bring to the Court all the facts, this application stands allowed and reply to the written statement is to be taken on record.
