Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 14.02.2020 in W.A.No.51 of 2020 on the file of this Court. The matter was taken up to the Apex Court and the Special Leave Petition filed against the judgment has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the University has produced the order dated 31.07.2020 stating that the directions of the Court has already been complied with.

Accordingly, since compliance has already been shown, we see no reason to proceed in this contempt matter, which is accordingly consigned to records.
