This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 17.12.2014 and investigate into the matter.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it essentially appears to be contractual in nature. Hence, no positive direction can be given to the respondent Police.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
