PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para no.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.27928 of 2024 dated 23.01.2025. For Petitioner(s):

ORDER

The petitioner seeks modification of the condition in para no.6(b) imposed on him in Crl.O.P.No.27928 of 2024 dated 23.01.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instruction, submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for the past two months; and that the final report has also been filed.

3. Considering the aforesaid facts, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para no.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.27928 of 2024 dated 23.01.2025 is modified, directing the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates. The other conditions imposed in the order dated 23.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.27928 of 2024 shall remain unaltered.

4. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered, and the condition is modified.
