C.M.P.Nos.5563, 5564 and 5567 of 2023 in S.A.No.1022 of 2010 G.ARUL MURUGAN , J.,- It is reported that in the second appeal, sole respondent died.

2. The above petitions have been filed to substitute the legal heirs/proposed respondents 2 to 6; to condone the delay of 2425 days seeking to set aside the abatement and to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent.

3. Notice was ordered to the proposed respondents 2 to 6 and counsel entered appearance and has no objection to allow this petition.

4. Perused the affidavit and satisfied with the reasons stated therein. Accordingly these CMPs are ordered as prayed for and delay is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment.

6. Post the matter on 31.01.2024.
