Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.9709 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.13008 of 2018 dated 24.07.2018 on the file of this Hon'ble Court that the petitioner should appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further order of this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.BALAMURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the anticipatory bail condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13008 of 2018 dated 24.07.2018.

2. This Court, while granting bail to the petitioner imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13008 of 2018 dated 24.07.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
