When the matter came up for hearing, the following issues were framed by the plaintiff on 18.03.2024 : 1.Whether the plaintiff is entitled for partition as prayed for?

2.Is it true that there is a family arrangement in the family agreed to divide the properties only among the sons?

3.To what other relief, the parties are entitled?

2. The only defense pleaded in the written statement is the family arrangement, the defendant has admitted the character of the property, let him begin his evidence to prove his stand before the plaintiff being examine. Hence, this application is closed with above observation.

3. Post before the learned Additional Master III on 08.04.2024. Evidence of the defendant shall be completed within a week. 21.03.2024
